Remembering my dating days and how much I spent on clothes, makeup, manicures, pedicures, perms, color, fragrances and all the associated nonsense to attract men, I’d say women spend a bundle, too. And that was back in the days when men paid for everything on a date! Not that way anymore. So what planet are you from, if I might ask? Takes time and money to find a guy, too.

It is right there in my profile. Oregon. It is not just that most of the women here do not do the things you mentioned, it is more along the lines of being lucky if you find one who showers regularly and realizes that tattoos are not a replacement for clothing!

I lived in Portland for several years and didn’t know anybody who didn’t shower regularly. 'Course, I worked in Corporate America. That’s too bad about the gals up there. I’ve still got a close friend in Tualatin who’s a lawyer…maybe she could introduce you to some nice, showered Catholic girls?

Lawyers have it really bad. These days law firms have shower rooms because you aren’t supposed to go home form work on every week day.

Well, right from the get go, the “and” in time “and” money would be addition, not multiplication, so that ruins your whole proof. Sorry.

It’s logical statements, we’re using logic here. Besides, even in basic maths it wouldn’t follow from “needing X and Y” that the relationship is addition. It’s like physics where to calculate force, you need mass and acceleration, which you multiply.

I think we’re not using anything, since it’s a ridiculous, albeit funny, idea. I get it with the logic. You could look at it that way, or you could look at it as "for dinner, I need 2 apples and 3 oranges to make the salad. No, no multiplying the apples and oranges. Just cut and mix.
