Question about the Apostolic Pardon

Dunno. Makes sense if sins have been absolved, as it is with standard confession. Perhaps one of the clergy can respond…
 
That I did know. Since the Apostolic pardon is new to so many of us (mostly because those who receive it are gone), my guess was that the Bishop also does penance for this as well as his routine penance.

It’s beyond “reasonable” and “charitable”, the Church is actually immensely generous with grace. The Apostolic Pardon is a prime example of this.
