Plus I didn’t say anything about baptism that was other posters.

You seem to use similar sayings as a crutch phrase when you don’t have any good points.

No, it’s when I recognise that the person I’m speaking to will discount anything they disagree with.

That’s what you do all the time. Plus you only used opinions without any support in this particular point so…

You’ll likely notice I do it all of the time with you. Not with others so much.

If you say so. I know who I have long chats with better than you do it seems.

Sorry friend, but I am literally on this site now, on a thread with people I actively disagree with. That little accusation fails hard. You’ll even find plenty of people on this thread I actively disagree with and continue to have fun, long discussions with. Nice try though. gr8 b8 m8.

Kind of like how that Schroeder’s Catholic accusation falls apart when it uses what other people say.

If you say so, friend. You still don’t get to decide who is and is not Catholic. Unless you can excommunicate people? In which case that’s impressive.

Well than who or what does?
Besides I am using a standard which is quite reasonable.

I’d be more inclined to say one of the clergy may have that right than you.

Hehehe, did you read it all? Because he said that; "ā€œAlternativistsā€ are those who hold alternative teachings and doctrines. They, according to Pope Francis, have ā€œa partial belonging to the church. These, too, have one foot outside the church. They rent the church.ā€

That’s not, ā€œnot Catholicā€. That’s if anything partially out. And what I love is the bit that seems to be about you; ā€œUniformistsā€ who believe that everyone in the Church should be just like them. ā€œThey are rigid!ā€ said the Pope. ā€œThey do not have that freedom the Holy Spirit gives,ā€ and they confuse what Jesus preached with their ā€œown doctrine of uniformity.ā€ Jesus never wanted the church to be so rigid, Pope Francis said. Such people ā€œcall themselves Catholics, but their rigid attitude distances them from the Church.ā€

I am not rigid, but if that’s what you want to think knock yourself out.

If you say. I mean you’re the one taking it upon themself to tell other people they’re not catholic if they don’t do things the same way as you, but okay.

I am not rigid in the way Pope Francis described it. I didn’t add my own rules or doctrines.

Okay, cool. Where’s the official rule/doctrine that says you get to define who’s Catholic? I don’t recall seeing it before now.

That’s not adding rules or doctrines. Plus I was partially right.
