Thank you for all your prayers and intentions.

Are you in treatment for your scrupulosity? You will be hounded by doubts and fears for the rest of your life until you face it down and control it. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the gold standard. Dr. Gregory Popcak offers it.

You’ve made essentially the same post here every 6 months… the help you seek isn’t to be found on the internet but with professionals, counseling and your priest. We’ll pray for you, but I don’t think you’re benefiting by reposting here periodically.

I agree with Cor_ad_Cor. This forum isn’t a good place to keep coming back and asking for scrupulosity/ mental health support, other than maybe asking for prayers in the prayer intentions forum. We’re not supposed to be responding substantively to people with scrupulosity issues because we might actually make their condition worse.

Your false memories are an issue for you and your mental health professional to sort out.
With respect to confession, you need to talk to a priest and explain to him the details of your mental condition and how it is creating possibly false memories and you also have scruples and you are in treatment, etc. Your priest can then advise you on how best to proceed.

Good luck and God bless.
