I am not going to respond to each separate item. I think there really is only one question to answer here.
Can God distinguish between a state of affairs at which only He exists and another state of affairs at which both He and the universe exist?
If yes, then there is a change in God and Aquinas is wrong and there is a temporal sequence, which means Craig is wrong.
If no, then the universe has no beginning and the KCA is wrong.
I think these are the only two possible answers, but if you can offer a third one, I am all ears.
