Now, to the Rosary. Anyone who thinks the rosary is “vain repetetion” has absolutely no clue what the rosary is. The rosary is a meditative prayer. When a decade is prayed, it is begun with the Our Father and a statement of the first mystery. The mysteries are the Joyous, Luminous, Sorrowful and Glorious. All of the mysteries take the praying person through the entire gospel. The joyous begin with the annunciation and end with Jesus being found in the temple at age twelve. The luminous begin with the wedding at cana and end with the transfiguration. The sorrowful begin with the Garden of Gethsemane and end with the crucifixtion. The glorious are the only mysteries that contain anything Protestants reject; they begin with the resurrection, then the ascension, pentecost, then the assumption of Mary and the crowning of Mary in Revelations.
Ten decades of Hail Mary are prayed, and after each Hail Mary the person either imagines the gospel scene or reads a Scripture from the gospel. The decade ends with the Gloria.
Furthermore, right after Jesus instructed his followers not to pray as the heathen do, he gave them a formula for prayer! The Our Father. Vain repetition is not prayer- it is a form of magic. The Hail Mary is only vain repetetion to people whose heart is not in it.
And you can’t judge anyone’s heart. (The greatest sin of all Fundamentalists is their enormous spiritual pride that causes them to judge others’ hearts.)

Sola Scriptura is a logical fallacy that is entirely unsupported by an reasonable thought. If Catholics want to think that sola scriptura is a follied argument thats about as close to heresy as you can get. Basically you’re saying Gods word isn’t good enough for you. Please turn from this evil and believe on Christ Jesus. NOT MARY or your man made traditions.
Peace
