It is interesting to note that in the Forbes article on healthcare, the U.S. ranked as follows:

The U.K. and the U.S. are at the bottom in terms of Healthy Lives. This is surprising because the U.K. is at or near the top in most other categories.
France appears at the top of the WHO list. However, in this list, it ranks near the bottom in access and patient-centered care.
Sweden and Norway are at the bottom in overall quality.
