Given that I live in Europe and there is a huge immigration there currently and I would say overall ideological crisis too, I am currently reading a book that talks a lot about it.

Reflections on the Revolution in Europe - Can Europe be the same with different people in it? by Christopher Caldwell

Sacred Rhythms; The Monastic Way Every Day, edited by Br. Francis de Sales Wagner, O.S.B.

Will Wilderr: The Relic of Perilous Falls by Raymond Arroyo

Well written. Good dialogue. I’m about halfway through and enjoying it.

I have started The Fountainhead out of curiosity.

I am also listening to an audiobook read by Wil Wheaton, called Masters of Doom, about the formation of id software. They were legendary in the 1990s for PC games.

Awesome! Another book added to the list!

Always reading two at a time… one for fun and one for spiritual enlightenment

The seven gifts of the Holy Spirit -Kevin Vost

and
Safari - Tony Park (reminds me of home - Africa)

Unfortunately the library does not have it in audio book. I enjoy audio books performed by Ensign Crusher. Ready Player One was quite good.

The Apostasy That Wasn’t The Extraordinary Story of the Unbreakable Early Church by ROD BENNETT

Quote
Then, as now, this kind of religion was too transparently man-made to evoke any real feelings of duty or devotion. Men never have been able to satisfy their hearts for very long with a faith they know they themselves have concocted.

Cool, please post your opinion of the book. I read his Four Witnesses and found it quite informative

Just finished “The Kingdom of Speech,” by Tom Wolfe. It wasn’t quite what I had expected, but it held my interest.
