It has been denied by Michael Voris in another thread that he is the owner of RCTV. This article along with photocopied proofs appears to confirm that he is, in fact, the true owner, and not simply working for another.

Furthermore, I noted that it is not a non-profit organization, nor was it filed that way.
But RealCatholicTV is not an assumed name for Saint Michael’s Media. It is an assumed name for Concept Communication LLC (source: Michigan Dept. of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs) which is a for-profit Michigan based limited liability company owned by…you guessed it…Michael Voris.
Now, where have I heard about an evangelist running all his sales through a for-profit private company? Hmmm.

Edit: I just discovered that thread I mentioned was reopened after a moderator had closed it for review. I would have submitted this there to maintain continuity, had I known. I ask that, if the moderator prefers, it be affixed to the other thread.

I suppose it is possible that he later used a loophole similar to Mother Angelica removing herself from EWTN in order to avoid diocesan entanglements. But the whole truth of RCTV’s origin was hidden by him when he denied ownership.

If he is still the legal owner, I can believe that the AoD would have jurisdiction over this enterprise.

That only proves that he is a registered agent for the corporation, not that he is an owner. A registered agent is authorized to receive paperwork and notices on behalf of the company. The only way to prove ownership is through the corporate documents.

Are they public record, Dawnia? Similar to the two photocopies? I would think so.

Wouldn’t he therefore be responsible, acting as principal agent, to the Archdiocese with respect to the content of his Catholic teaching? If it is true that Marc Brammer holds ownership title, yet has no responsiblity for the content, it seems probable the AoD has rightful authority in regulating Voris’s activity in the name of the Church.

It reminds me of some of Father Corapi’s denials, until the public records demonstrated the contrary. There should be an audit trail.
