Please don’t despair. That is a disorder that you can easily recover from. Talk to priests and friends.
We shouldn’t dwell on the judgement of others. We don’t know who is going to hell. We can only know about Saints in Heaven through the process of Sainthood, but we don’t determine if people are in Heaven or Hell just like that.
Even Hitler has been baptized, and we cannot say if he’s in Hell or not. If he had, at the moment after he pulled the trigger to his gun to his head, repented in an instant personally to God, then maybe there’s a chance for him. A lot of big ifs, but I hope you get the point. Even the worst of people can be saved because God’s Divine Mercy wants everyone with him.
And you should know that Purgatory isn’t a bad place. It has actually been called a very joyous place from, I think, some Papal Encyclicals, being burned by the fires of God’s love, purified, knowing that they’ll be with God eventually. When is another mystery because time doesn’t exist in the afterlife. The difference of Heaven and Hell is whether you’ll be with God or you are not, so souls in Purgatory and in joy because they are guaranteed to be with God eventually.
