That God doesn’t have to wait to read all the foolishness in this thread, because he already knows what will get written in time?Do you know what omniscient means?
Does the Potter know what His pot is going to look like?Did God know what Adam would look like?
Yes… Of Course God knows what Adam would look like…We can agree that God knew what Adam would look like, right?
argumentum ad populum?I think more will agree that God knows what is, not that he knew what would be. Past and future tenses are not really appropriate for God.
Huh? How’s that an ‘appeal based on what most people believe’?!?Dovekin:

Your “I think more will agree that God knows what is” is How…Huh? How’s that an ‘appeal based on what most people believe’?!?
OK, but look at what @Dovekin replied to:Gorgias:

So… pot, meet kettle? We can agree that God knew what Adam would look like, right?
God uses/presents the terms/senses of ‘past’ and ‘future’ for our sake.Past and future tenses are not really appropriate for God.
Exactly right.God uses/presents the terms/senses of ‘past’ and ‘future’ for our sake.
Eternity does not eradicate: past, present, future; Eternity encompasses it.
In THE Future of this present moment in Time - Jesus is Returning
We’re speaking of God and us… Past, Present, Future… Eternity…Except we are not talking about us, but about God knowing, so there is no “for our sake.”
Or if there is, someone would explain the point of the question.
So, I think this was kind of covered already in an oblique sense, but I have a more direct question:Did God know what Adam would look like?
I know this is two weeks later, but things got kind of hectic right about that time with life going into social distancing mode and all…Is it your view that evolution precludes God having foreknowledge of Adam’s physical form?
Being omniscient, yeah. No, I think we all agree God knew what Adam would look like.
