I think more will agree that God knows what is, not that he knew what would be. Past and future tenses are not really appropriate for God.

Except we are not talking about us, but about God knowing, so there is no “for our sake.”

Since God refers to Past, Present and Future, the Eternity counter-argument holds zippo water

the Point of the OP appears to be just another in an endless attempt to poke a hole in Genesis/Gospel?
 
I thought zippo was a lighter for fire, not water???

As stated repeatedly, the point of the original post was to build on what Pius XII said about the difficulty reconciling the scientific and theological truths about our humanity. Or in John Paul II’s description, reconciling the physical continuity of evolution with the spiritual discontinuity of the creation of the soul. If you want to ignore what they have said, you could at least try not to be so dismissive of their teaching; this is a Catholic forum.
