Thank you Jesus for opportunities to serve you.
In our parish, in our home, in our children.
Lord Jesus help me to give full commitment to those around us.
Thank you Jesus.

Grateful for eyes
color,
trees-even bear ones in the winter-
flowers
laughter…

Grateful for brief moments of inner stillness, winter wonderland, family brunch today, the practice.

Today I’m grateful for family, quiet, sunshine, fresh air, and hatha yoga practice.

Lord, thank you for
sunshine
birds singing
gentle breezes
hair on my head (even as it turns grey)
lips that stay closed when ugly words want to come out…

Gratitude that God corrects me when I stray.
Gratitude that he is pulling me out of myself to serve others.
Gratitude for my son’s safe arrival at his new duty station.
Gratitude for my daughter’s talent at helping others.
Gratitude that God loves us.

Today I’m grateful for fresh air, ability of movement, and the caring support of caf friends.

Thank you Lord for this day when I am uncomfortable anxious about so many things.
Thank you Lord for drawing me toward you.

for people who love the truth
for people who have blue eyes
for people who have brown eyes
for people who have green, hazel, and any other color I forgot to mention
for all the people you have created, Oh Lord, in YOUR wisdom…
help us love your people, Oh Lord…

Today I am grateful for family, healing, folks that bring food to the stores, check out workers, becoming a little less unconscious.

Gratitude for this life,
as God has permitted it,
as God has gifted it to us.
with all the past that has brought us to this moment, good and bad.

Gratitude for life as it is, today, in the present,
and for the promise that He gives us into the future.

For feet that carry me from place to place,
For socks that cover my feet and keep them warm,
for shoes that cover the socks that cover my feet,
for people who make socks and shoes,
for God who made my feet,.
Thank you, Lord…

Lord Jesus thank you for showing me mercy
Thank you for drawing me back to you
Thank you for your invitation
Thank you for every person I see today
Thank you for new life

Today I’m grateful for patience-what little I have. For compassion-what little I have. Discipline-what little I have. Strength-what little I have. Grateful for the ability to realize that improvement is needed in these and many other aspects of life.

Grateful for
Pictures taken years ago
Holy Cards made years ago and given as Christmas and Easter gifts by the nuns
Nuns and priests from years ago
Nuns and priests of today
Prayers left over in my mind from the nuns and priests who help me grow up…

I am grateful Lord, by your grace, for whatever you allow me today.
I am grateful that you keep your promises Lord.

Today I’m grateful for snow, crisp fresh air, bananas, apples, and chocolate.

Gratitude that God corrects me, and does it gently.
Gratitude for this job.
Gratitude for food, shelter, heat.
Gratitude that I feel grateful.
Gratitude that I can express it.
