I just want to say how edifying it is to pray with you all. In my own life there have been intense struggles with some long standing family problems and social disabilities and anxieties. Etc…it’s a long list of failures, especially failure to establish relationships outside my marriage, and to provide healthy social settings for my wife and kids.
All this has me stuck in regret and envy and grasping at all the things I do not have, and I realize it is prideful and lustful, but nonetheless, at times it just crushes me into a hole. And that makes for a difficult husband and father.

My prayers especially for all of you suffering from depression, autism, social anxieties, and struggles with relationships.
And I thank you for prayers, I truly need your prayers more than anything else to move forward and do God’s will.

Peace is what I wish for all of you.
God’s peace be with you.

Lord Jesus

We thank you for the many blessings you have showered us. We thank you for our families Lord…Lord, you know that our nature is weak. We are imperfect creatures. We come to you today to ask you for your help through your mercy and grace…No matter how we plan things, we constantly find ourselves failing in most things. Sometimes it is beyond our ability to control things. We have come to realize that nothing in this life is perfect. Please take the wheel in our life Lord. Please guide in the true path that you want us to go… We cannot do it alone Lord… Please help us. Please help us with our relationships with our brothers and sisters here on Earth.

One thing I have learned is that no one gets it all. It may look that way from the curb, but you do not know the entire chapter of their lives. I have know people who could create fun in a closet and millionaires who can’t relax enough to have a good time. And, yes, I have know millionaires who have the good life.

Keep the focus on yourself and your family. Make the fun you can contribute. One way to get centered is to do the ABC’s of Gratitude…

Fortunately, you recognize what is holding you back and the first step is to now move forward.

Be sure to check inward and find out where the anger is really coming from.

Thank you Lord for it all, even our mistakes and sufferings, which help form us. Lord we trust you to lead us and guide us. Lord Jesus, there is no suffering we go through that you did not suffer greater.

Thank you for the prayers and I give my prayers for all of you as well.
I am in a very difficult spot right now as the angst has ruined appetite and other drives. And chronic insomnia.
I have sought counseling and medical care.

And my MD is a great doctor.
He put me at ease for now. He helped me realize that depression and personality traits are not something I “earned” because I am a bad person. Sigh of relief.

He explained that depression is a real chemical thing, and runs in families like mine. And explained what neurotransmitters are. He has helped lift the dread and fear. I pray it will last.
I am taking Ativan and Trazone in moderation.
