Relationship with an Atheist

I was an atheist (I was baptized and brought up Methodist) when I met my lapsed Catholic husband. He became more religious and we got married in the Catholic church. This past April I entered the Catholic church.

I suppose the question I want to ask is, have any of you experienced this?

Experienced having a relationship with an atheist? Yes. Serious problems because of religious differences? No

t seems that whenever someone posts here about interreligious relationships, they never work out. Is there hope? Yes

Is there anyone here who has successfully married an Atheist or someone of another religion, where neither has ended up converting?

I’ve been married to an atheist for almost 20 years. We’re very happy. There’s not a Catholic man in the world I’d trade my husband for.
