To say that the Democratic Party is about supporting abortion and euthanasia is like saying that the Republican Party is about supporting genocide and the AIDS epidemic. I don’t find the comparison to be at all absurd because what you are talking about are policies.

An argument could be made that Republican policies are limiting real progress and causing many deaths from AIDS worldwide. Then it’s very simple to take the step of suggesting that the Republican Party is supporting the AIDS epidemic.

Liberals do not want any person confirmed who might, possibly, someday rule Roe v Wade had no basis in the constitution (and it doesn’t).
True enough about some liberals. However, what would be the result of a reversal of R v W? Abortion would be left up to the states, and, though a number of states would abolish a right to abortion, other states would continue to keep it legal.

That would be good, as it would reduce the numbers of abortions in the country, but it would not eliminate it.

“Pandering to the religious right” is the rhetoric of Ralph Neas and Norman Lear’s "People for the American way.

“Its all about money” is pure liberal hogwash.

The only Independant in Congress is Bernard Sanders (I-VT). He openly brags he is a socialist (and for abortion, for gay marriage, for euthanasia and the rest of it).

“Swing voters are more appropriately known as the ‘idiot voters’ because they have no set of philosophical principles. By the age of fourteen, you’re either a Conservative or a Liberal if you have an IQ above a toaster.”–Ann Coulter

“Bobbio argues that those who claim left/right distinctions no longer hold are normally members of groups whose political fortunes have grown weak or non-existent and are seeking a means of regaining some power.”–from Louis Andrews’ review of Left and Right: The Significance of a Political Distinction by Norberto Bobbio

First you say it’s all about pandering to right wing Christians. Then you say it’s all about money. They you say you don’t like either side and are “independent”.

Lots of conflicting positions in all that…

So now I don’t have a IQ above a toaster. Wow, last time I checked it was 138. But thats O.K. You know I havent said one personal thing against you, but attacking my intelligence was going a little too far. Besides republicans being pro-life and against gay marriage. How do you consider them christian.

How? So the Republican party is at fault for peoples’ behavior? How many millions has President Bush committed to fight AIDS in Africa? I don’t see any merit to that argument.

You forgot to mention genocide. Probably because they only tend to act when money is involved.

Ann Coulter is to the right what Michael Moore is to the left. Another loud mouth pundit with little to no sunstance.

I suppose you could hear Democrats make the same argument, "So the Democratic Party is at fault for peoples’ behavior?

Uh…huh…yeah. The Clinton dodge. Everybody does it. Michael Moore is just like Ann Coulter.

Moore won’t know what a footnote is until Burger King offers them on Double Whoppers with Cheese.

Liberals went over Treason one line at a time to find a mistake. There were none.

Meanwhile, back at Burger King, Michael Moore is still fanaticizing about children playing with helium balloons in Iraq under Saddam and what a nice country it was until American Imperialists invaded.

Since everyone liked the Ann Coulter quote above so much, here is another:

“Why not go to war just for oil? We need oil. What do Hollywood celebrities imagine fuels their private jets? How do they think their cocaine is delivered to them?”–Ann Coulter

Isn’t it wonderful that Ms. Coulter is infallible? Move over, Holy Father.

No but when they support laws that would legalize imoral and horendous actions and crimes against humanity then they are at fault.

That was an inflamitory statement that was uncalled for. You just demonstrated your IQ perfectly misquoting people, very sure sign of intellegence. It is one thing to be infallible in matters of faith and morals and another to have good editors for your book.

Sure, Clinton Dodge, yeah, the new Dodge of the extreme right. Coulter is full of hot air and B.S. like Moore.

The closest thing to the truth I think she has ever said. Maybe this is what it was all about anyway?

Smedley, old sport, lighten up. Infallibility doesn’t apply only to faith and morals. And no one is speaking of Coulter’s editors. The claim was made that Coulter made no mistakes. That sounds like garden variety infallibility to me.
