Not dirty words,just pointing out her perspective is not unbiased. I think you like many believe Fox ONLY employs right wing extremists and by quoting a Fox report this would provide the aura of conservative cred.

I noticed she too fell into the “Ryan blamed Obama for the closure of the plant.” baloney. He does not blame Obama for the plant closing. It’s nice to be able to make things up to try to prove someone wrong. Her Medicare remark was utter baloney. Aside from that it’s the Romney plan that is being presented by this team.

Obama DID take the money out of Medicare by decreasing payments to providers. His dirty little secret…there won’t BE any providers with the poor rates he planned to pay.

Sorry idealogues on both sides are spinning like tops. Glad you found a Fox News contributor who speaks to you. I find her loathesome.

Juan may be to the “left,” but he’s always been pretty fair and even-handed in his criticisms, Lisa. Even FoxNews backed him up when NPR unfairly dumped him for his “Muslims at airport” comment. He’s a particularly good guest host for O’Reilly every Friday. I actually prefer him to Laura Ingraham when she sub-hosts for O’Reilly.
Heck, in many ways he’s more “fair” in his questions than even O’Reilly himself.

Geraldo is, well… Geraldo. Never cared for him, to be honest. Over-the-top and too “righteous indignation and hysterical shouting” for me, but some like him. Go figure.

I agree with you about the woman, though. Obnoxious.

I agree that Juan USED to be very fair, if somewhat leaning Left. I don’t mind that at all. Now he has multiple personae. One day he’s beating the “racism is everywhere” drum. The next day he’s on “The Five” and sounding like Dana Perino.

I thought he was PARTICULARLY fair just after NPR domped him for a comment that I think ALL of us can relate to. As time has passed, either he’s reverting more to the Left/Dem side of things or maybe Fox is pushing him to take that stance in order to have balance.

However even if I disagree with Juan, he is always gracious and polite.

Geraldo is a legend in his own mind…I can’t look at his face without remembering the episode when we saw his ‘other side’ shall we say…EWWWWW!

Our minds are definitely alike on the Sally K issue!

So, the function of a Convention is not to make ratings although of course the more eyeballs drawn the better. The function of a Convention is a) nominate the candidates and unleash the $$$$$$ b) gin up the base.

By tonight both have been achieved and with a LOT of enthusiasm. This has been a huge success for the Republican party.

I’m watching it now and I may change to Honey Boo Boo. Except for good old apologetic Jeb, who are these people who no one is paying attention to? No wonder Chris Christie had to come out and warn the audience to show a little enthusiasm. That’s pathetic. Some black woman is very happy he hired women. big deal…this is news?

Ridiculous, so you have no regard for the life of the mother. Guess what? If you choose to not allow an abortion, then you choose the death of the mother. That is not pro-life. When there is a case where not allowing an abortion will cause the mother to die, and you choose to not allow an abortion, then that is also the taking of another’s life. I hope you know that this isn’t even in accordance with Catholicism. And if anyone doesn’t think that this kind of rhetoric appears as crazy to most Americans, then you’re really stuck in the Fox microcosm.

He gave the people a good talking to so we’ll see if they can muster up a head of steam tonight. I’ts 9:50 eastern time and I don’t see it yet.
