Requesting prayers for a very close friend who has Cancer

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.
 
Heavenly Father,

May every cancerous cell in my Friend, be cast out and replaced with a good one.
May every of this deadly cell, be wiped from my friends body by your powerful hands.

All our times are in Thy hand.

All diseases come at Thy call, and go at Thy bidding.

Thou redeemest our life from destruction, and crownest us with loving kindness and tender mercies. We bless Thee, that Thou hast heard prayer, and commanded deliverance’s for our friend and Thy servant, who has been under Thine afflicting hand.

He was brought low, but Thou hast helped him . May he not only live, but declare the works of the Lord!

As Thou hast delivered his eyes from tears, his feet from falling, and his soul from death, may he daily inquire: What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits towards me, and resolve to offer unto Thee the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and to call upon the name of the Lord.

May we ever remember that recovery is only a reprieve and that some day we will go to our rest in the Lord. May we therefore secure the righteous path and live with eternity ever in our view.

Thank you all for the wonderful prayers.
Saint Peregrine, whom Holy Mother Church has declared patron of those suffering from cancer, I confidently turn to you for aid of my dear Friend.

Lest he lose confidence, I beg your kind intercession. That he is healed of this Cancer by Our Lords miraculous hands. Please Saint Peregrine with Mary, the Mother Of Sorrows, whom you loved so tenderly, and in union with whom you have suffered the pains of cancer, that she may help my Friend with her all-powerful prayers and consolation.

This I ask through Jesus Christ Our Lord.

O Jesus, Good Shepherd,
You heal the sick and needy.
We give you all those parts of @TheHolyTrinity’s friend’s body which has suffered from illness.

You know what it is like to endure pain. Look kindly on them today and heal them. Restore them to strength of soul and body. Give Your gift of wisdom to their physician that they may be guided by the Holy Spirit in all they do.

Bless their nurses so that their hands will become Your hands as they touch @TheHolyTrinity’s friend. Bless, too, their medication. O Jesus, grant us all Your healing grace of love and peace.

Praying for your friend.

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness,
make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed.
