Not if you can prove it!![]()

Sorry. You are wrong. NOBODY has ever claimed you or Maria lied or made it up. If they did, point out the post in which they did, and I will concede. The point is, nobody in this discussion knows for sure if it really happened unless there is someway to prove it. The point was made predominantly about whether a certain person you know had a baptismal certificate changed by a Pope. Do you expect us to believe that, just on your word? I’ll bet you don’t believe everything you read in this forum.I have given examples of personal experiences here and have gotten them called hearsay. I do know what the definition of hearsay really is, but for you and Kage-ar the definition is anything you disagree with.
Funny I think you are mudsliging. I am working currently getting incontact with the baspismal cirtifate person But she hasn’t been online since early october and has a history of health problems She is a friend of mine. I AM NOT USED TO HAVING TO DOCUMENT WHAT MY FRIENDS SHARE WITH ME! The next thing i know you will be calling the fact tht a tree fell on my car in a thunderstorm once hearsay. You are hung up on it not me. Most of my I don’t believe here in CAF forums are stastics! Figures lie and liars figure. I happen to trust antedotal evedence more than anyother type, because I find more truth there than anywhere elseSorry. You are wrong. NOBODY has ever claimed you or Maria lied or made it up. You are not getting anywhere, so you have reduced to mudslinging. That is a sure sign that this discussion is over and you have proven nothing. Goodbye.
So now I must accept hearsay evidence or you will do what to me? This is a form of violence.I have better not see anyone here challenge this statement either. My family has a histroy with problems of our local police department not doing their jobs.
Hello MariaTS,I have chosen, in the interest of preserving my physical and mental health, to resign as the youth minister at my church. There are too many intolerant and stupid brutes at the church that I attend. … I am actively seeking another, better, Catholic church that I can attend.

But transgendered young women have a chance of being murdered at least 17 times the average, and usually much higher. They have a 1 in 8 chance of dying by being murdered, in fact.I cannot get my mind around your “saftey issue”. Young women live alone all over the globe, in every kind of neighborhood and area.
DISABLED young women live alone, again, in every kind of area…
Ok what how can she prove calling police and then police not doing their jobs? Instead of crying hearsay everytime you dissagree with something, take it head on! Mairia’s story is something Ive been hearing with transsexuals, some of whoem I know personally for years. What am I supposed to do, drag every transsexual I know out and have them recant stories for your proof?? Calling what I do violence is over the top, especially by someone who is doing as much badgering as you do. Im the oldest of 8., 4 of my siblings have left the church, mainly because of attitudes to deal with like yours. While Id rather have my siblings stay Catholic, I quite franly don’t blame them for leaving. I did nothing physical to you and made no threts therefore I committed no violence.I have plenty of friends in my circle who disagree with me on lots of things and we getalong just fine, but when you badger people who have to expect ot be badgered back, that is human nature, and I absolutely do not proclaim to be above or below human nature. Quite frankly I have never seen as much whining and sniveling for Catholics as when Maria started posting threads here. As for contempt. What you are expressing is disdain twards transsexual, which I will admit that any time I see that I do hold it in contempt, and will continue to do so.So now I must accept hearsay evidence or you will do what to me? This is a form of violence.
If the police are not doing their jobs then there are other avenues to pursue.
But then you have already shown contempt for others who disagree with you and challenge you for the proof of your statements. Just another form of abuse.
And you havent proven anything either. That is a sure sign that this discussion is over and you have proven nothing. Goodbye.
Hi Zoe,But transgendered young women have a chance of being murdered at least 17 times the average, and usually much higher. They have a 1 in 8 chance of dying by being murdered, in fact.
Over 70% of murders in the USA are cleared up - except when the victim is transgendered. Then it’s 30%.
We’re constantly hearing how Christians are being persecuted for their faith. Last year, a total of 7 catholics were victims of crimes of violence just for being catholic, according to the FBI.
But newspaper reports showed at least 19 transgendered people were killed for being transgendered women, and most such murders don’t make the papers. There are no FBI statistics because until last month, by law, they weren’t allowed to count them.
The most difficult thing to bear is not that we get slaughtered at such a rate: it’s that those who slaughter us deny that it’s happening, even to themselves. I think that now that the FBI is allowed to keep such statistics, the rates will come as a shock to many. But I’m sure they’ll say that it’s faked, things can’t be as bad as that.
Know more like what?Hi Zoe,
First, let me say I’ve enjoyed reading some of your posts. I think they’re very interesting and informative.
On this last post here, do you know who is killing these people and why? It seems possible that there might be a certain amount of common cause fallacy underlying your use of these statistics and we can’t really assess their significance properly without knowing more.
Best
Well Maria, ‘years ago’ would put you under the age of 16 at the time of those assaults. What do your parents make of any of this? Are they supportive? Are they Catholic?I stopped reporting crimes against me years ago when the police repeatedly refused to do their jobs and didn’t even record any crimes that I reported. The police have never worked with me and whenever I have tried to work with them or went to them, they have made the situation worse.
We know with some confidence in the few cases where the murderer has been prosecuted. Not with complete certainty every time, but usually pretty sure. We can also make some pretty good guesses in some other cases, from the manner of the deaths, and from the many comments on the news reports in support of, and rarely, in praise of, the killers. On this last post here, do you know who is killing these people and why?
and later“I thought I killed it.”
The victim’s head was bashed into a concave shape by repeated blows with a fire extinguisher, while she slept. It’s not like I went up to a schoolteacher and shot her in the head … or like I killed a law-abiding straight citizen."
That’s MassResistance, a league of decent, God-fearing people in Massachusetts talking. You can see how some who believe that tripe would feel that they’re forced to take action, just to protect their kith and kin. God Wills It - Deult Vult. If the Police and Activist Judges won’t do their job… they have to do it themselves. And Boy, do they feel good about it afterwards!“…transgender/transsexual” activists… want to offer your children on the bloody altar of transsexuality — pulling them into sex-change operations involving unimaginable bodily mutilations and hormonal manipulations.
…
The culture of death has created a compulsion in the souls of the homosexual radicals and their “trans” allies, driving them ever further into new perversions. There is no bottom to this pit of depravity, and they will drag many innocent victims along with them: the young, the lonely, the psychologically and physically wounded, the confused – including some of your children and grandchildren, family, friends and neighbors. There will be no safe haven. You cannot cocoon in your homes or churches. Our public schools, businesses, public accommodations (which may include churches), your employers and insurers, will all be forced to yield to yet-undefined perversions, protected by law.”
Zoe I’ll say it. I could of pmed it to you, but I want as many to hear it as possbile. Zoe in my many years of meeting people through what ever medium out there, whether from far away or nearby me, in or not in my family in my almost 42 years on this Earth. You are one of the most christian souls I have ever crossed paths with, Even more so than the one giving you this complement. With CAF full of people who act just like the pharisses of Christ’s time you ar about as opposite of that as humanly possible You can call me friend anytime. I’d rathr have your friendsship than the other “catholics” who are members here Merry Christmas Zoe!Sigh I’m no Christian, but I know far too many of the genuine variety to be deceived into thinking that this is what Christianity is all about. But ask yourself - don’t such people exist? Aren’t such people even to be found even in religious orders, and church congregations everywhere? I don’t blame the church though. They’d just find another excuse if it didn’t condemn the Ungodly.
Just for your edification… both heliocentrism and geocentrism are only theories… neither have been proven, and neither have been dis-proven. Some think that the vast majority “know” that the sun is the center. They may think that it is. Period. She is mistaking mere teaching for doctrine. An easy mistake for a young mind to make, even I did when I was her age, 18. Some church techings change. If they didn’t we would still believe the Earth was the center of the universe.
Well then in the days of Galleo it was a church stand or opinion, because anyone espousing the the Earth is not the center of the universe in those days was jailed BY THE CHURCh, that tells me the church believed the Earth to be the ceter of the universe in those days pretty admantly.Just for your edification… both heliocentrism and geocentrism are only theories… neither have been proven, and neither have been dis-proven. Some think that the vast majority “know” that the sun is the center. They may think that it is. Period.
For that matter, we may learn someday that there is another point in the universe that is really the center.
For now, theoretically, both are possible.
Finally… neither is a “Church Teaching”.
.
Thats mere hearsay. What I am expressing is distain towards dishonesty. The OP has been dishonest.
!
You know as well as I that the poster admitted to dishonesty - they said they were a youth minister then they were a volunteer - they lied one of those times, it was admitted earlier in this thread. ETA post 90.Thats mere hearsay.
Maria, or whatever your name is… you also said you made $1500 month… hardly tips for a volunteer. You were getting paid for something, regardless of your title. You are mostly right that teaching what the church teaches is all anyone is asking me to do if you are, in fact, referring to the majority of the posters on this forum. However, at the church I used to work at, that was not all anyone was asking. They did far more, far worse. I have been raped on church property, beaten on church property, threatened on church property, over a period of several years, by men who claim to be Catholic, by men who think I am a danger or a threat to their children and think that I am disposable, worthless. …I do teach what the church teaches and I do so properly and without a second though. I will not sugar coat or liberalize what the church teaches, I am a staunch Conservative and devout Catholic and, now, nothing will ever change this. I used to have some questions or disagreements, now I have none, no qualms about Church teaching. However, I still have the right to disagree with Church officials and parishioners on the interpretation of Church teaching. However, I will, always, do so in a respectful manner no matter how I am treated. I shall not, ever, fully condone anything that the Pope says unless it is an infallible statement, of which there have only been two stated by Popes in all of Church history. Absolute infallibility is nothing that any Pope can lay claim to for that is not, truly or by church definition, infallibility.
