Resurrection Conflicts

I am sure this has been brought up before, but could someone help me understand why the 4 Gospel accounts of the Resurrection seem so different. Different angels showing up, different people showing up…etc. I am scratching my head here, folks. Help!

Four recorded versions of the same incidents from four different perspectives. In partiular, John’s Gospel was written much later, for a different purpose, and reflects the doctrinal development that had occurred in the interim.

Well, they all contain the same traditional message, God resurrected Jesus, there was an empty tomb, all stories involve women finding it first… etc.

JESUS CHRIST, FTW!!!

It may well be that all of them happened at different times and it just seems to conflict.

Just a thought.
