When people talk about transgender people, how does it help to group together two sets of people with entirely different situations?

On the one hand, you have intersex people, who have a physical deviation from the norm in one of various areas.

On the other, you have people who feel as if they are a gender different from their biological sex.

I don’t understand what question is being begged, either.
 
Conflating gender dysphoria (psychological), where people have fully functional “body parts” with intersex conditions (physical) has been one of the most dishonest things out there. They are not the same at all.
 
As a woman and a pro-life feminist, what I’m seeing is that for all the gains we women have made, men (who want sex changes) are still trying to tell me what it means to be a woman.
