A married father of six is being allowed to become a Roman Catholic priest. The Diocese of Rochester says the 49-year-old former protestant ministeris getting a “special exception” to the celibacy rule from Pope Benedict. - Ray Levato @ WHEC

The same way any other priest does. There are priests out there with families. There were popes with families too.

Its great to see a father and his wife and his 6 children all become catholic. I can not say weather he should or should not become a priest. the pope know best. however it is great to see another priest in the world. i’m from australia so it not going to help us much but it does help catholic faithful in the usa alot.
