I’d rather have NO-ONE in office than Bush’s forth term.I guess he’s my man.

I understand the election season hyperbole and enthusiasm you have for “your guy”. I hope when the dust settles and one of those bad “Bush 4” non-Ron Paul Republicans is facing Obama, you remember your duty as a catholic.I’d rather have NO-ONE in office than Bush’s forth term.
Indeed. You certainly won’t have Ron Paul in office. No one isn’t an option though, so your preference is immaterial. You’ll either have Obama or the GOP nominee…which won’t be Ron Paul.I’d rather have NO-ONE in office than Bush’s forth term.
He’s moving to a shack in Montana and withdrawing from public life. We are all invited to dinner, if we can make it past his front yard.I understand the election season hyperbole and enthusiasm you have for “your guy”. Hi there, nute, I can see why you’re concerned but I believe this is a misperception. As a Catholic, I don’t like Ron Paul for the following reasons:
1: Legalizing drugs, not anywhere near in line with Catholic teaching. Instead of buying the votes of drug abusers Ron Paul as a doctor should preach just say no and promote treatment.
I’ll be the guy carrying the case of beer - I figure he’ll be less likely to shoot me that way. He’s moving to a shack in Montana and withdrawing from public life. We are all invited to dinner, if we can make it past his front yard.
Should they then eradicate themselves? You know, for supporting Operation Condor, which killed thousands upon thousands of political dissidents in South America? Or for overthrowing the democratically-elected leader of Iran in '53 to reinstate our buddy? Or for supplying the very terrorist groups we now wage war with? Or for installing one of our operatives as the leader of a sovereign country? Or for using drones to kill targets while simultaneously wiping out tens of innocent bystanders?I am highly in favor of the US and Israel eradicating their terrorist leadership, their military infrastructure, and anything remotely related to their becoming nuclear capable. The level of naivete on the part of certain members of our society is absolutely mind blowing to me. They sponsor terror, they practice terror, they openly call for the destruction of Israel and the West, and yet people still think they can reason with them! Really? Being a peaceful nation is admirable but being foolish is not. It is right to fight evil. Ron Paul is severely out of touch with the realities of the world. With his non interventionist ideology we wouldnt have fought Germany in WWII and the Jewish nation(May God love them and protect them!) would most likely have been completely exterminated. Is this what we want now?
sNo, its not ridiculous to question the viability nationwide of a candidate who thus far has only won in his safe district in Texas. I appreciate the fact that you like Ron Paul and want him to win, but hopes and dreams doesn’t make a candidate viable. Has Paul won a statewide race? No. Would the odd collection of stoners, isolationists, and conpiracy er, “theorists” propel the 77 year old Ron Paul to victory? Obama could win on a laundry ticket if Paul were to somehow win the nomination. Don’t kid yourself. Ron Paul of course won’t get the nomination, so this conversation is academic, but dream on if it makes you feel good.

Depends on the brand.I’ll be the guy carrying the case of beer - I figure he’ll be less likely to shoot me that way.

Like I said, which won’t be Ron Paul. He won’t be winning the GOP nomination. He may run third party, but I doubt it. Even if he did, you still won’t have Ron Paul as your next President.Unless Ron Paul wins or is on the ticket.
Perhaps. Again, he may be my President (and Scott’s) before he is yours (and Ishi’s)Like I said, which won’t be Ron Paul. He won’t be winning the GOP nomination. He may run third party, but I doubt it. Even if he did, you still won’t have Ron Paul as your next President.
Not sure how that’s possible. Are you starting a separate country up in Montana?Perhaps. Again, he may be my President (and Scott’s) before he is yours (and Ishi’s)

My duty as a Catholic is to vote with my conscience, which I will do. If that means not voting for the Republican candidate then that’s still my duty as a Catholic.I understand the election season hyperbole and enthusiasm you have for “your guy”. Any brand you like, as long as its not an import.Depends on the brand.
Okay.My duty as a Catholic is to vote with my conscience, which I will do. If that means not voting for the Republican candidate then that’s still my duty as a Catholic.
