Does Pope Paul VI also have zero authority to talk with such finality?

After receiving Eucharist you are to spend the time in prayer and reflection. What better way to do that than to pray the Rosary?

That is one area I have said this could work but it is NOT the one others have said here (as you would see when you review the posts).

I am not the one minimizing the Mass by saying there are parts that can basically be skipped to carry out a personal private devotional practice during it.

So then your argument is with the Baltimore Catechism. Hey, I have a great idea, why don’t you publish your opinions into your own catechism, and start your own sect.
