Well it has already started. You know, rude tense people at the mall. Yesterday, I decided to go to an afternoon Mass at a chapel located at the mall. I pulled into a parking space and when I tried to exit my car I was greeted by a rude stare and eye roll from a woman in the car to my left. Instead of letting me exit and go on my way she ran to open her van door first. She refused to move so that I could exit my car even after I asked her politely. She finally agreed to move and told me that she was unhappy that I pulled into the space next to hers! She needed to get her 4 year old child out of the car, you see. She proceeded to tell me how thoughtless I was for parking next to her ! I really wanted to say something snarky and rude back to her but instead I simply said that I would move my car and wished her a happy Thanksgiving. I actually decided to go to confession and wisely the priest told me to pray for her. Online shopping is looking really good!

First of all, I am so sorry that happened to you.
A lot of this is this time of the year and will only get worse with Black Friday.
Sometimes, the stress of everything is overwhelming. I was in WalMart, yesterday, just to get groceries. Besides being this time of the year, they are remodeling, and I think expanding the entire store. They move things around. One day everything will be over here, and the next day it will be over there.
There was such an atmosphere of stress as people were also hurrying and scurrying. We kept asking where things were now moved to. I wanted some holiday cards, and nobody knew where those were, not even the workers.
My niece, who has a disability and uses a wheelchair, says she does her holiday shopping online ever since her wheelchair once hooked into a display and pulled that down.
Yesterday, with the remodeling, the aisles were WAY too close, and I asked a worker if she’d get me something down off the shelf, and she didn’t want to, said I could fit.
I tried it, and the small wheel spun as I was trying to leave, and hooked into something, pulled a bunch of stuff down that she ended up having to pick up.
Churches are packed, and with this electric chair, I don´t fit well. It causes stress.
I had one mass last year, I guess, where they kept telling me in church to move elsewhere…move elsewhere, move elsewhere. I finally got so upset with the overcrowding that I moved outside the church, kept going, went home! lol
If you could shop online, it would be one less rat in the rat race! lol
Good luck, and God speed!
