Have you ever eaten a ham sandwich? It doesn’t say “in so many words” that you shouldn’t “worship” on Sunday. “in so many words” just means you reading between the lines words that are not there). It says there is no Biblical instruction to justify “honouring the resurrection” on Sunday, OR any other day. The Bible actually does tell us to “honour the resurrection” “in so many words” but you obviously have failed to read the link I provided in my last post to explain this. Once again; it is a case of either doing it the way God says, in His Word, or the way the so called ECFs say so; which is NOT in God’s Word. I might add that that should read the **CATHOLIC **early church fathers.
Simply put; you have failed to show how the Bible would support God cancelling His own law, at the say so of the Catholic Church. He does not do what the Church says; but the Church does what He says. If Catholics would come back to their Protestant roots; they would do things God’s way.
Do you trim the corners of your beard?
