Next few weeks will determine.

So far it looks like he is getting who he wants for Chief Justice, so that is 1 check mark in favor of Bush not being a lame duck.

As a long, long time Democrat, I find that wresting control of the judiciary away from the ACLU-driven Rats who highjacked my party is most important!

Too many innocents, including chidren, have been harmed because Rat/ACLU judges and lawyers have granted more rights to those who cause harm than to their victims, past and potential.
