Does the Sabbatine Privilege bind under sin? If you didnt in my case pray the rosary each day?

Not as far as I am aware.

Perhaps say a Rosary (for the previoss day) as soon as possible the next morning and then another Rosary for that day later on in the day.

I think I do understand how he feels though. When a devotional practice, such as the scapular devotion, becomes part of your life, you really do not want to miss not completing the devotion you have committed to. It is something very important, and to have concern, should you miss completing it on a day, is normal and a good thing.

To feel that a failure in such trivial things is actually a sin is not indicative of a balanced spirituality.
To someone committed to such a devotion, it is not a trivial thing, it is a commitment to Our Lady. And there is a difference between a sense of failure and a sense of disappointment and concern.

First, the “Sabbatine Privilege” has been denounced as unfounded by the Holy See, as discussed in the official Carmelite Order Scapular Catechesis here:

What is the official status of the Sabbatine Privilege?

Historical research has shown that the alleged fourteenth-century appearance of the Blessed Mother to Pope John XXII is without historical foundation. As a matter of fact, in the year 1613 the Holy See determined that the decree establishing the"Sabbatine Privilege" was unfounded and the Church admonished the Carmelite Order not to preach this doctrine. Unfortunately, the Order did not always comply with this directive of the Holy See.
Second, when you wear the Brown Scapular, under the current Scapular catechesis you are expected to engage in some form of Carmelite spirituality, which could take the form of saying the Rosary regularly, practicing other Marian devotions regularly, going to Mass and Holy Communion frequently, regularly praying part of the Liturgy of the Hours, and/or practicing the devotions of charity, chastity and obedience to God’s will. (All this is discussed in the catechesis I linked.)

The whole Scapular devotion is an optional devotion. You’re not committing a sin if you fail to say a Rosary on a particular day, because the devotion is OPTIONAL. You should however look at whether you’re really trying to practice the Carmelite Spirituality, and if one way like the Rosary isn’t working out for you (let’s say you forget to say it more days than you remember), then you might want to look at whether there’s another way you could practice the spirituality and be more regular about it and develop a good habit.

The whole Sabbatine privilege business is irrelevant since the privilege isn’t recognized by the Vatican. You can, of course, have hope that if you pray regularly and practice devotions to Mary, then she will help you at the time of your death.

Hope this helps.
