Brown scapular and miraculous medal around my neck.

Rosary in that little pocket my jeans.

Holy water and blessed salt in my first aid kit in my bag.
 
Let’s see:

I have a Holy Face of Jesus Medal, A Miraculous Medal, and a St. Anthony Medal in one of my coat pockets. I need to get something to string them together. I “borrowed” these from my mom who has collected dozens of the years, I borrowed the ones she had multiples of ones, sans the Holy Face which only had one.

The pouch I had my rosary in for years has two things: a Cross with something written in French, with the only word I can make out is “Catholic”, and a medal that says “Carmel”. They look really worn so I can’t make out what they are. I don’t know where I got them, they’ve been on this pouch since I first got it from what I remember. Possibly from my Grandmother since she was originally from Montreal.

My night stand has a medal of Saint Anthony. I probably have a few more Saint Anthony medals.

I have Gold Crucifix as well.

I also have a Saint Raphael / St Jude medal which I think came from my Mom’s collection. Currently sitting on my desk as I forgot to put it back with my others.

Finally, I have my rosary. It’s red, I’ve had it since I was a child. I have numerous other pairs though if these ever fall apart.
 
I carry Holy Water and a rosary blessed by our bishop in my purse.
I wear a brown Saint Michael scapular, I was invested in 1999.
I wear the following medals, but I don’t remember which ones are blessed:
Saint Michael (my confirmation patron)
Saint Augustine/Saint Monica (patron of mothers)
The Miraculous Medal
Saint Alphonse Ligouri (patron of those with arthritis)
Pope Saint John XXIII
Saint Therese of Lisieux
Saint Mother Theodore Guerin (I have two of these medals, she is my patron)
Saint Josemaria Escriva (patron of those with diabetes)
Saint Gemma Galgani (patron of those who struggle with back pain)
Saint Teresa of Calcutta
Saint Dymphna (patron of the mentally ill)
Our Lady, Undoer of Knots
Saint Maria Goretti
 
I have blessed medals of Saint Benedict on my key rings and in my car.
 
I carry the rosary and wear several medals, as well as a crucifix
