Sacrilege against Mary in the new Padre Pio film

I’m glad you posted this.

I thought the worst thing about the movie was where LaBeouf, as Padre Pio, used a strong vulgarity in rebuking a nonbeliever, which I could have lived with, in the director’s attempt to portray Pio using American-accented English, and in that this vulgarity would convey meaning and emotion in a uniquely intense way.

What is described in this article is another thing entirely.
