Sad news from a friend

and former co-worker…

He told me that his wife had informed him that she has rekindled an old romance via facebook and texting and now states that she’s never gotten over this man despite being married for 11 years and having 4 children!!

He has no idea what he’s going to do…at this point. I think he’s just hoping she’ll realize what she’s losing and come back.

I don’t know what to say to him other than 'I’m sorry and I’ll be praying for you."

This ‘looking up old boyfriends/girlfriends’ is such a dangerous thing, I think. So many temptations out there…

Yes, he’s in shock right now, that’s for sure. I know he’s asking himself a lot of questions right now…he says he’s uncovered further deception

Apparently she is consumed by this new old relationship…pays little attention to the kids…he’s holding down the fort for now.

Please pray for all of them!

Well, with one bad relationship behind me, I think I can understand the pain brought on by this sort of thing. I know how hard it is to get over. And I can say that I’m also commitment phobic.

I couldn’t agree more. This is exactly what broke up my sister’s marriage. Only, it was “Classmates.com”… not “FaceBook”. The enemy uses the internet to tempt people to sin… and to destroy families. :sad_yes: Please be very careful, dear souls.
