and former co-worker…

He told me that his wife had informed him that she has rekindled an old romance via facebook and texting and now states that she’s never gotten over this man despite being married for 11 years and having 4 children!!

He has no idea what he’s going to do…at this point. I think he’s just hoping she’ll realize what she’s losing and come back.

I don’t know what to say to him other than 'I’m sorry and I’ll be praying for you." 😦

This ‘looking up old boyfriends/girlfriends’ is such a dangerous thing, I think. So many temptations out there…

My heart goes out to your friend. Imagine hearing that from your spouse! :nope:

I’ll be keeping your friend in my prayers…and his wife, that she may realize her foolishness, and love and cherish the family God gave her. :signofcross:

That’s so unfortunate. Why on earth, I’ve gotta wonder, would someone stay married for 11 years and have 4 kids if they had feelings for another !?

Sigh

Sigh
Because it’s better than being alone?
On a serious note, I am so sorry for your friend. His heart must be breaking.

Yes, he’s in shock right now, that’s for sure. I know he’s asking himself a lot of questions right now…he says he’s uncovered further deception 😦

Apparently she is consumed by this new old relationship…pays little attention to the kids…he’s holding down the fort for now.

Please pray for all of them!:gopray:

Sick, sick, sick…stories like that make me happy that I’m a bachelor. Sorry to say that, but geez.

My commitment phobic mind just took a step back!

Well, with one bad relationship behind me, I think I can understand the pain brought on by this sort of thing. I know how hard it is to get over. And I can say that I’m also commitment phobic.

Now rascal, God is still in control, and this woman is obviously having issues…let’s not give up on all of us ! 🙂

I couldn’t agree more. This is exactly what broke up my sister’s marriage. 😦 Only, it was “Classmates.com”… not “FaceBook”. The enemy uses the internet to tempt people to sin… and to destroy families. :sad_yes: Please be very careful, dear souls.

I will keep your friend and his family very much in my prayers. God bless.
