Recently, I had need to purchase a new rosary. I found a St. Benedict Rosary at my parish store that suited me fine (it looks as though it can stand the rigors of being carried around in my pocket without breaking).
After it and the Saint Benedict medal on it was blessed, I brought it home and as I was praying the Rosary, I noticed it had two beads between the second and third decades rather than one. None of my previous rosaries had that. Is this a defect of this particular rosary or is there another prayer that is to be said when you reach that extra bead?
