Are there any?

Additional question: why did the Archangel Raphael ask Tobit to take Sarah as his wife but when Joseph and Mary were married both were to remain virgins? Why a chaste marriage for one and not the other?

Different parts of God’s plan. Sarah was not to give flesh to the only Son of God.

It was in God’s plan for both Mary and Joseph to remain virgins.

Tobit and Sarah had a marriage ordained by God. It was a marriage where they both were not to remain virgins. That does mean that it was not chaste. Married couples are to be chaste according to their state in life. I mention this in case there was any misunderstanding.

Yes, I do understand that God has a plan, but the question is why. Given that
Council of Trent, pg. 225: “If anyone saith that the marriage state is to be preferred before the state of virginity, let him be anathema.” …] "writing to the Corinthians, [Paul] says: I would that all men were even as myself; that is, that all embrace the virtue of continence…A life of continence is to be desired by all.”
Why would God have a plan for Tobit to get married instead of having a life of continence? Wouldn’t God want the best for Tobit and thus to have a state of virginity over marriage? Paul says “I would that all men”. So why is a lower state for Tobit part of God’s plan rather than Tobit’s free choice?

My thought is that since Raphael is an angel that beholds the face of God and does His Will as God’s messenger, then he, (Raphael) speaks for God and does His bidding when dealing with humans.

Total continence is a different calling, and yes, we should not say that marriage is better than total continence as in what you quote above.

Marriage is ordained by God and is a Sacrament of the Church.

Yes, I understand this. My question is as to why God wanted Raphael to tell Tobit to get married.

Sarah had already had seven husbands who had died before their wedding night. Tobit may have been worried about being the eighth. Raphael was reassuring him that all this was God’s Will to preserve Sarah for Tobit.
