A catholic male homosexual has stated, on an Irish TV debate about same sex marriage, "that he believes in God and knows that God loves him, and although in a civil partnership now wishes to progress to the next step to marry his partner, which he believes is his right and that a civil partnership is in no way comparable to marriage. He also said that the priests in their frocks are are just condemning gay people and that God made man and that men rule the earth - and I assume he was inferring make the rules. "
Whilst he is correct that God does love him, there is so little knowledge as to the reasons why the three main religious denominations are against SS marriage, there is no idea. It’s all about ‘lurve’, if we ‘lurve’ each other why should we not be allowed to marry too.
The main Irish TV channel has a one minute slot at 6pm, for the Angelus, the secularists now wish this to be removed from the TV - for ‘equality’ reasons, although 90% of the population of Ireland report to be catholics.
They are now bringing in multidenominational ‘newly built’ schools, with no religious bias, teaching all religions throughout the world with no specific denomination, i.e. a future generation of confused non-religious adults. Yet, as stated by a member of the panel in opposition to these chools, stated that in the UK and ( I believe the USA) it is the catholic and other ‘religious’ schools, i.e. COE in England, that are oversubscribed to by secularist parents as they recognise their children get a better and stricter education.
