Yes, but I meant incredibly positive and they make one another happy.“incredible feelings” could mean any number of things. Incredible hatred, for example.

So love is making another person happy, and that person making you happy?Yes, but I meant incredibly positive and they make one another happy.
Yes, that’s a major part of it.So love is making another person happy, and that person making you happy?
So Jim, what is the reason such a high rate of homosexuals are killing themselves? Per the sources below it has to do with their lifestyle not homophobia. Now you are finally admitting what so many here try to deny. But it is not because it is a mental illness itself. It is because society demand that they hide their feelings away as though they never existed. We have reached a point in history where that is no longer necessary. I don’t see the hailstones coming down. I just see the constant hatred from too many people who don’t and will never know what it is like to be gay.
does pressure from society lead to mental health problems? Less than one might imagine. The authors were surprised to find so much mental illness in homosexual people because they thought tolerance to gay people was greater in the Netherlands than almost all other countries. Another test country is New Zealand. Although suicide attempts were common in the New Zealand study and occurred at about the same rate as US results, New Zealand is much more tolerant of homosexuality than the United States, and legislation giving the movement rights is powerful, enforced throughout the country, and virtually never challenged. Ross (1988) in his cross cultural comparison of mental health in the istaken homosexual impression of public hostility which linked to mental health problems, but it could be argued that this mistaken impression is almost a mental health problem in its own right. This again suggests societal hostility to homosexuality is not closely tied to homosexual mental health.mygenes.co.nz/mental_ill.htm
Still, Saghir and Robins (1978) examined* reasons for suicide attempts among homosexuals ***and found that if the reasons for the attempt were connected with homosexuality, about 2/3 were due to breakups of relationships --not outside pressures from society.
Similarly, Bell and Weinberg (1981) also found the major reason for suicide attempts was the breakup of relationships. In second place, they said, was the inability to accept oneself

Incredible feelings…what is that? When two people feel incredible feelings for one another
Love is hard to describe.
It is because they live in fear of their secrets being judged by everyone else. Noone seems to get this, yet. Lets stop the condemning. I am fed up with it.So Jim, what is the reason such a high rate of homosexuals are killing themselves? Per the sources below it has to do with their lifestyle not homophobia.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. - 1 Corinthians 13:5-7
And homosexual love is just as capable of this as heterosexual love is. How many get totally rejected when they finally come out? The only ones in the end who actually stick by them are the other gay and lesbian people.Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Come out as chaste homosexuals? Or come out as practicing homosexuals? How many get totally rejected when they finally come out?
You are joking right? Do you have some proof of this??The only ones in the end who** actually stick by them are the other gay and lesbian people**.
Again, all you hear here is the complaints of the gay pride parades. You never hear how many get shunned for being gay and are then excluded from family events, written out of wills, etc. These are stupid things to do. They do not fit the description of love in Corinthians. So before we judge others let us take a good look at ourselves. I am not an alcoholic but I have heard their famous saying that when you point a finger at someone there are five pointing back at you.condemning?
secrets?
But love does not necessitate “relations” (and you know exactly what I mean). And homosexual love is just as capable of this as heterosexual love is. How many get totally rejected when they finally come out? The only ones in the end who actually stick by them are the other gay and lesbian people.
Practicing of course. If you think I am joking it is because you have never actually listened to their stories.Come out as chaste homosexuals? Or come out as practicing homosexuals?
You are joking right? Do you have some proof of this??
Love should not exclude any relations either. But love does not necessitate “relations” (and you know exactly what I mean).
Yes I agree that these things are not called for, but I can understand “why” people might do these things if the person is being an active homosexual. You never hear how many get shunned for being gay and are then excluded from family events, written out of wills, etc. These are stupid things to do. They do not fit the description of love in Corinthians. .
All my friends don’t talk to me anymore since I came out, but I wouldn’t change anything, I’m gay and proud.Come out as chaste homosexuals? Or come out as practicing homosexuals?
You are joking right? Do you have some proof of this??
