Too bad they didn’t get a photograph of the Royal Ontario Museum before it collapsed.Funny, the few who seem to be able to find beauty in OLAC’s architecture are called ‘insightful’ and told how true their posts are…while those of us who disagree are called ‘uneducated’ and ‘biased’. Ah well.
On my visit to Quebec City last year, I had a chance to visit the oldest parish church in North America - the Notre Dame de Québec Cathedral. It really is breathtaking.

And funny you should mention that OLAC has no 90-degree angles…there’s another structure that used a similar philosophy for its architecture. It’s the new addition to the Royal Ontario Museum. It was built to highlight their new crystal exhibit…

The concept of beauty used to be used as evidence for the existence of God…now it’s being degraded to a merely subjective abstraction.
