Sarah Palin endorses Donald Trump’s presidential bid

But look at Bernie Sanders, he connects with young people who see themselves being strapped with debt merely because they want an education, people have not seen wages increase in a very long time and their healthcare cost have become unaffordable. Yet, we constantly hear and admire the next raising billionaire?

Republicans have their troubles; the best guy they have is the one they don’t want? Trump is touching a nerve from the other side, those that are tired of the promises of mainstream politics, political correctness and seeing the government make one stupid decision after the next.

No, your party has not looked out for your best interest in a very long time.

Except life. Bush stopped public funding of at least some abortions. Obama started that right back up again. Who knows how many babies have been murdered as a result? That’s one of the differences between the two parties.

I saw a clip of her talking during the rally - admittedly it was a short clip - but boy, was she incoherent. As if it were Tina Fey doing an impression of her.

Yeah,her voice is too sing songey for me…SP has many admirable qualities and I do think she has astute political skills,however,listening to her speak is a little tough.😉

I don’t mind her accent per se or her delivery it’s just the words aren’t put together in a way that one can clearly understand her point.

Re the financial crisis ,before you are too quick to blame the Republicans for this debacle,let me remind you of a couple of key players on the Dems side,that have fallen off the radar.Barney Frank and Christoper Dodd,authors of Dodd / Frank Those two along with MaxinecWatwrs were part of the key oversight for Freddie and Fannie Mae.In 2005,George W Bush the favorite scape goat of the Dems,actually warned that we were headed for a housing crisis,meltdown,those two actually testified that everything was hunky dorey and continued to give sub prime loans to people who had no business getting them.

Yes, you are correct both parties can be just as bad. There are “progressive” Republicans just like there are “progressive” Democrats - both of them just hate the Constitution and how it limits their powers.

I am not a Republican so don’t hook me up to them. If anything I am conservative constitutionalist libertarian. We need to go back to respecting the U.S. Constitution as it is written, not making newfound interpretations that stands it on it’s head. I believe in Federalism, the form of government which we were given that has it’s limited enumerated powers and everything else is left to the states, or the people if you will.

This overpowering Federal government where they have stuck their noses into every issue under the sun is not what the Founding Fathers had in mind and that is the crux of most of our problems. At this point the only person I can see who holds to constitutional ideals is Ted Cruz.

Sadly,

You know how many minutes were allocated towards the abortion issue among all six Republican debates…Zero! Sadly, if Christians are serious about this issue, it’s way pass time to do sometime proactive about it. Abortion has been legal in the USA for over forty three years (and counting) - we have had a few Republican presidents in that time span.

Why is it that since 1973, we have enacted an amendment restricting Congressional salaries. Yet, we cannot overturn one regarding the lives of unborn children? We know our priorities…

Now your blaming the financial crisis on one political party?

Honestly, it was everyone’s fault. Yes and everyone warned of the potential “burst of the bubble”. Every financial news reporter from every news station was making that prognostication - not a hard one to make among all the “irrational exuberance” we were experiencing.

The problem was complex and after 911, the amount of attention paid to this industries was reduced so that resources could be allocated elsewhere. Little attention was given to those banks that conducted predatory lending and real estate that was raising at alarming rates. But we just credit that to a “good economy” even though we didn’t have the GDP to back it up. Banks & Lenders decided to packages these loans into securities like CDO (collateralized debt obligation) and started selling them to Wall Street. All the while the credit ratings bureaus was granting “AAA” ratings on all these bonds, insuring that they were enticing to investors.

After the bubble exploded, President Bush signs in October 2008, a bill creating CPP (Capital Purchase Program) the start of TRAP (Trouble Asset Relief Program) so that your friends on Wall Street can have a safety net at your expense. Congress at the time considered the package “too generous” because it contain little in regards to how the money was to be used. If you remember that even with the bailout, borrowers found it hard to get a loan because banks were not lending. Instead, they were buying other banks.

I kinda could see how Bush didn’t help the problem…

Yes, a call to MUSLIM prayer is alien to the Christian and should be viewed as such. It is a denial of Jesus Christ as the Savior of the world, God Incarnate come to earth and it denies the Holy Spirit. In the end it is an extremely un-Christian prayer.
