Satanists conduct "Black Masses." Do they also conduct "Black Bible study services"??

Isn’t that the truth! I don’t scare easily, but this one time…oh my goodness! I turned the television on to 48 hours or 20/20 (one of those shows) just to listen to something while I did the dishes. They showed an up-close picture of a woman, a nanny actually, and I immediately turned the tv off, it scared my so bad. They say you can see the soul thru. the eyes…that night I knew that saying was true, I had to sit in the living room with all the lights on and I just focused for a few minutes on the Sacred Heart of Jesus picture we had in the living room. After I “recovered” I turned the tv back on to find out what the story was, and as it turns out the nanny had kidnapped the infant. I don’t know the rest of the story since I turned it off and just played some music, but I’ll never forget that.
The first time I encountered a demon I felt it’s presence immediately. It was partly fear, but the sickening feeling that God was not there if you know what I mean. It was a feeling of emptiness and despair. This first one I encountered hissed and spoke in a gargling voice and said all manner of filthy things I could never repeat.

Whenever I encounter a presence I do a couple of things. First, I ask the Holy Spirit to fill me and protect me. Second, I will hold my cross and sing gospel songs like “Victory in Jesus” or “There’s Power in the Blood” very quietly. Soon the feeling dissipates and I feel comfortable.

Whenever you feel under attack by evil forces this will help you feel better. If you ever need help with something of this nature PM me. Though we have some differences, you are a child of God and so am I. We should work together, not divide into camps. The enemy of my enemy is my friend 😃

The eyes of the possessed person show the purest evil. They will turn dark and colorless. It’s literally the absence of God. I don’t ever want to have God absent from my life. Because my life would be empty, without purpose and unliveable.

God bless…

Being a parent and loving corruption, I have to ask, do you molest your children? If this disgusts you, how would you feel if somebody else did (to your children)?
Children:

I do not approve of doing anything to children that would hinder their physical, emotional, mental, behavior or even spiritual development. That would inherently destroy culpability later in life. Now I’m not saying that they would be blameless in their actions later, but it would certainly throw a wrench into the equation. (I am not talking about secular accountability here.)

I do not ‘love corruption’ in the context to which you refer. I’m assuming by ‘molest’ you mean sexually, and not just bothering her. No, I wouldn’t molest my daughter. It does disgust me.

As to the question of how I would feel or what I would do if someone did that to my child. I’ll go so far to say that all the boundaries I set for myself would go out the window and it is not something appropriate for this, or any board. I would end up in jail most likely.

Although I would love to be the one who is in charge of the punishment for a pedophile. It’s inexcusable as far as I’m concerned.

I do have morals, and I most certainly wouldn’t break the law. My life is far more valuable to me then anyones ‘spiritual death’.

Your logic is flawed though. What would be the point of me doing something to anyone where the blame would be squarely on my shoulders and no one else’s. This goes beyond the case of children, which I have already addressed above.

That is one of the assumptions of satanism that I have never understood. The point is not for me to do the most vile, disgusting, violent, immoral things that come to mind. I would never physically assault, murder, steal or do any like that.

I already know the state of my soul. It’s not about me, it’s about you.

Children are innocent and pure, which God loves a whole lot. Who cares about culpability when you’re trying to hurt God? This just goes to show that you know your belief system is faulty…personally, I feel you being a “satanist” is either your way of getting attention or some form of rebellion. The devil seeks to destroy, and he doesn’t care about playing fair, which you obviously do. Not a very good satanist.

If you really wanted to hurt somebody (by comminting _____ crime, you could do it without getting caught. Heck, I could do it without getting caught, you just have to take the time to learn the system. I haven’t always been Catholic, but whatever I was in the past I took seriously, and practiced it. I was this or that in name only. It’s time to practice what you preach or give it up.

You’re being very short-sighted. The endgame is for someone to die in a state of mortal sin, or for those who aren’t catholic, to die without asking forgiveness/repenting and being truly sorry. Period. Not ‘hurting’ people.

Your right, he doesn’t care about playing fair, but he does care about playing for keeps. How can Satan ‘destroy’ if he has no access to you?
If you really wanted to hurt somebody (by comminting _____ crime, you could do it without getting caught.
Exactly what does crime have to do with satanism?

{Edit}: I’m not sure it’s possible to ‘hurt’ God. But I’m certain he doesn’t want any of us to end up in Hell. Eternal separation and all that…

Corrupting a child, hurting them, can lead them away from God. God does not want us to suffer, it hurts Him as it would hurt most parents to see their child in pain. Satan, therefore, wants people to suffer. The more one suffers, the more likely they will abandon God; look at the example with Job. Pain and suffering, yet he didn’t abandon God, but those were the means the Devil used to turn Him away. Suffering makes people say “Why God? Why would You allow this? There must be no God.” I thought that would’ve been obvious, and why you wouldn’t want to corrupt your child, so that she can grow up hating God and leading others that way is beyond me.

Just out of curiousity, why do you hate God?

Yes well, again, we’re talking big picture here. I can not predict the outcome of anything. Do you not believe when you’re ‘judged’ the circumstances of your entire life will be taken into consideration? If you do not truly believe something, then how can you be held accountable? And even if you are held accountable to some extent, it might not be something as permanent as hell.

This is moot because neither one of us can be sure what will happen, only one person knows that. I’m simply relaying my beliefs.

Keeping people ignorant isn’t really an option, but telling them just enough so they know something is wrong… but having them do it anyway is what seems necessary.
Suffering makes people say “Why God? Why would You allow this? There must be no God.”
Suffering also does the opposite. Sometimes it brings people closer to him. Cold indifference is preferable.
I thought that would’ve been obvious,
That’s alright, I feel like a broken record at the moment. What is obvious to some, isn’t always obvious to others.
Just out of curiousity, why do you hate God?
No clue.

The devil is the logical choice in my case, or illogical as the case may be. Whether it be praying to him or helping someone take a deliberate step away from god, I have always found it to be very satisfying.

I can’t do anything to God, but** I can certainly make it difficult **for the things he cares about the most, namely: us.
This is why they ask 🙂

If you wish to make things difficult for God and at the same time say your choice of the devil is logical or illogical.

You are turning in circles. 🙂 dear

Why they ask what?
If you wish to make things difficult for God and at the same time say your choice of the devil is logical or illogical.
It’s logical to me, but is likely illogical to others. That was the point of that statement.
You are turning in circles. 🙂 dear
I’ve never claimed that my beliefs don’t contradict each other from time to time. 😉 Sometimes satanism just doesn’t make sense!

Imryl, you need a lot of help. You follow the devil to get at God, but you don’t know why? Come on. There is a reason, and I’m sure you at least have an idea of where it likely comes from, otherwise this is simply rebellion or attention seeking. No matter which, your reasonings don’t explain why you don’t corrupt you children. You and your family will be in my prayers. God bless.

I suppose the point for you and your father the devil is to get others to do the vile and disgusting work for you. In a twisted way it makes sense for you to do that. If you want something done (kill, steal, destroy), then corrupt and entice someone else to do it and let them take the fall, while you sit back and enjoy the results. That’s the way the serpent was in Genesis. The apple truly doesn’t fall far from the tree.

No reason that would seem relevant to me. I just don’t like god.

I’m doing this all wrong if the point would be to seek attention. I suppose at that point I would have to tell someone, or flaunt it. Trying to dispel some of the nonsense doesn’t seem to fit the bill of attention seeking either since the chances of anyone on this forum knocking on my door is likely very slim.

Sure it does, maybe you should reflect on what I’ve said and let it sink in. But really, it may just make no sense to you at all, you don’t think like me.

Sin is sin is sin. I have my own way to address it, that way doesn’t involve your line of thinking.
If you want something done (kill, steal, destroy), then corrupt and entice someone else to do it and let them take the fall, while you sit back and enjoy the results.
If Satan wants people to kill, steal, destroy or whatever that’s fine. I want none of that. I just don’t want God to have his children. 🤷

Not that complicated really.

Imryl,
The reason you dont like God, its simple, the devil is stopping you.
I can see by reading this thread he is riding you like a horse. He has got you by the reigns.
You really need to break this cycle before you really fall on your face and you really get hurt.
I know your probably thinking by reading this ‘how can i get hurt, how is the devil controlling me’.
Well if you go back and read what you have written, its quite easy to see.
Just by your actions alone its causing you to hurt yourself. The devil is a master deceiver, so please dont let him pull you in any further.
I think the first thing you should do for yourself is start praying to God, right away. Open yourself up to him. This is going to take a long process for you and at first, i have no doubt you will think this is as ‘funny and unnecessary’ but honestly, its what you need more than anything.
Go to the local church, even if its by yourself and just sit and think, and also pray. There is no place closer to God than in his church.
Start doing this as often as you can, and believe me, i think you are going to really struggle getting there, cause the devil is stopping you. But please, go to the church and pray. Open yourself up to God, he is waiting for you.
Dont dislike God, he has done nothing to hurt you or deceive you, he created you and only bestows love on you.
Please go and pray.
I dont think your mad, i just think you are misguided.
I still dont think you coming to this forum is a waste of time, i think its God trying to get you to come back to his fold so you can feel what love and goodness really feels like.
Im still praying for you and i do hold onto hope that you will come back home.
God bless you.

“Not knowing” is an excuse to not answer, unless you’re actually at least semi-possessed in which case your answer would be a lie. You keep saying we don’t understand, but you never defend yourself. You sort of remind me of a former friend of my sister’s, Baptist, who would always say (when discussing religion) “You’re wrong, you’re wrong” but would never defend his position or say why he’s wrong. Answers like that suggest that you don’t want to give the real reason because it would make you examine your conscience, and that would mean returning to the Church. I deal with people like this a lot.

You said your parents were Catholic, was the priest at your parish a pedophile? Were your parents, you know, sick? Why you won’t give a reason is beyond me. I know about simply wanting to sow indifference; when I left the Church I did the same thing, esp. among Catholics. I didn’t (intentionally) follow Satan, as in, I didn’t feel it was my duty, it was just what I did. If, however, I were actually into devil worship, I’d do my best to please him in this life, esp. considering he has no loyalties and is just going to screw me over in the next life.

Anyway, I’m not saying you should give you reasons here, although apparantly some of us are a little curious. Upon examination I’m sure that the “because” may be very personal. My only suggestion is to give God at least a small chance. Go to a Eucharistic Adoration chapel and just meditate, think, whatever. Bring your questions, ask Him; you have everything to gain for doing it and everything to lose for not. A favorite image of mine is the Good Shepherd, and one of my favorite pictures of this image is of Jesus reaching down with a wounded hand and a crown of thorns, to a little lamb that is about to become dinner to a hawk/eagle. I honestly can’t understand why you wouldn’t want someone like that on your side, and the side of your children.

St. Michael the Archangel, pray for us all.

I know your probably thinking by reading this ‘how can i get hurt, how is the devil controlling me’.
No really, I wouldn’t care if he were.
Just by your actions alone its causing you to hurt yourself.
In what way do you believe I am causing myself harm?
“Not knowing” is an excuse to not answer, unless you’re actually at least semi-possessed in which case your answer would be a lie.
“Not knowing” the reason I initially chose satanism isn’t an excuse. It’s a simple fact. It was a very long time ago and I have since forgotten.

There’s no semi-possessed by the way. And I find people shriek possession because they’re unwilling to accept responsibility for their own actions.
You keep saying we don’t understand, but you never defend yourself.
You don’t understand because you’re not reading what I’m saying. From what I can tell, we’re not on the same page… Internet communication tends to make it slightly difficult.

What exactly would you like me to defend against? You’re making assumptions about satanism with no personal experience. Satanism in general is up to the practitioner. You’re unlikely to find two satanists that believe the same thing. You keep trying to apply a perception of what you believe a satanist is, to me. I’m correcting that assumption only as it applies to me and what I believe.
You said your parents were Catholic, was the priest at your parish a pedophile? Were your parents, you know, sick? Why you won’t give a reason is beyond me.
/sigh. I have never been abused, neglected, rejected or socially awkward. My parents - since you brought them into it - are very compassionate and selfless. My life is actually everything I’d hoped it would be. I’m an engineer and I’ve always liked the programs I’ve had an opportunity to work on. My husband has a good job, we have little to no debt, and a well mannered, well tempered daughter.

You know, some people just freely choose to reject god. I can only assume there are some of us that are not dysfunctional, have had a terribly hard life or were damaged in some way by another’s actions, because none of these apply to me.
I know about simply wanting to sow indifference; when I left the Church I did the same thing, esp. among Catholics.
I believe you’re reading the statement you’ve responded to in the wrong light.
If, however, I were actually into devil worship, I’d do my best to please him in this life, esp. considering he has no loyalties and is just going to screw me over in the next life.
Why would you do your best to please him if he was just going to screw you over when you move on? What sense does that make?

It seems to me that the trouble you’re having with this is to perceive the devil as mindless, irrational and short-sighted. My only suggestion is to read your posts, then my responses. Maybe then what I’m responding to will become clear

Again, since you initially brought up molestation - What does satanism have to do with crime? Murder and adultery lead to the same end… But encouraging someone to commit adultery, or idolatry won’t end me up in jail. How does being bound and shackled in a jail make the devil happy? I could repent, and then he would have nothing.

No really, I wouldn’t care if he were.

In what way do you believe I am causing myself harm?
Your causing yourself to fall into more sin. That is how your harming yourself.
Do you believe in heaven and hell? If so, you would be doing your utmost to save your soul from going into the furnace for an eternity wouldnt you?
Imryl, we are not saying these things to attack you, we are trying to help you here. You need a push in the direction to God.

All right, I was just curious.
Do you believe in heaven and hell? If so, you would be doing your utmost to save your soul from going into the furnace for an eternity wouldnt you?
I answered that question in post #74
Imryl, we are not saying these things to attack you, we are trying to help you here. You need a push in the direction to God.
I don’t consider any post on this thread an attack. I was under the assumption we were just chatting.

I was in the occult for a long time in my young adult days, and briefly was attracted to satanism. Some of my friends and acquaintances were satanists. It was a painful but also exciting time. Yet some days it seemed as if nothing was worthwhile. The boredom made me cry. Then the excitement came back enough to keep me involved. It hurts to remember. I pray that every single one of the people I knew who were involved in that stuff then is saved. :crossrc: God wants to save everyone. If we pray and believe, we have whatever is in God’s will. Thank the Lord.

Satanism is just a radical refusal to accept that God is God. Pride has a lot to do with it, IMO. A search for power, wealth and safety from physical and social injury is part of it, especially for people who have been poor, hurt, unpopular and powerless in the past, but some just have way too much pride. Sure they all believe various things. What they have in common is what they refuse: They refuse to worship God.
They won’t enjoy Hell. Being away from God will hurt a lot, forever. They have to turn around and love the Lord before they can ever be happy or at peace. They think they are smart, but they comprehend nothing at all. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
What kind of rituals they use doesn’t make any difference. Some don’t have rituals.

Why would you do your best to please him if he was just going to screw you over when you move on? What sense does that make?

.
As a Christian I know he’d screw me over; as a Satanist, I’d hope he’d have some loyalties to me if I pleased him. As a Satanist, I’d do my best at being bad not only to please him but for the personal satisfaction that conquoring others would bring. The damage that could be done, mwahahhaha…if I weren’t Catholic.

Imryl

I do remember you Imryl saying a while ago, when you came here, looking for the priest, and you did find him, and are talking ( and breathe that was a type full 😃 )

anyway, back then you said you knew if satan saw you trying to please him he wouldnt care and screw you over anyway. So you just didnt go out of your way to please. Because you knew his nature.

You now go along without any want or expection for reward or what have you from satan. And you dont play any of the “hurting others games” (molest, kill, etc) stereo typically expected such as have been suggested here because you dont want to go there as they are not what you are after.

Your after something else, arent you ?? 😉
