Diane Sawyer should go to the John Stossel school of journalistic integrity. He’s always objective, critical and engaging, appealing to the truth rather than fables and fabrication. I have always respected Stossell, even when I disagree with him. His interviews and analyses are always far more intellectually stimulating. Time the guy catches a break. But that’s just my opinion. I don’t exactly watch a lot of TV, but his show sure was good tonight. Again, I don’t always agree with him, but he is quite the professional.

This is just my opinion. If anyone else has thoughts, feel free to share them, if not, that’s cool too. I just find it refreshing to see a journalist of integrity on a major network. As a person who once thought of this profession as a vocation, it’s good to see some people treating it the way they should, as opposed to frauds like Sawyer.

Stossel will never “get a break” because he’s bucked the system. He doesn’t play by the rules of “journalistic integrity” (said with sincere tongue in cheek sarcasm).

His book is a very good read. I, too, enjoy his stories, even though I disagree with some of them. I don’t think he cares who he offends, either on the left or the right. Maybe he should join up with O’Reilly!!!
