And that is why peer review is so important in areas like this.When discussing stats with anyone I have found through experience that going to the point of argument is useless. And yes I have had the advanced courses required in grad school. Both of my business and educational degrees required stats classes beyond the basic. One thing that I remember being clearly stated is any stat can be segued toward what you want to say by placing the emphases on differing things and outing information that does not support your theory.![]()
And if anyone knows of a peer-reviewed study that shows a positive and statistically significant correlation between spending and student performance, please post it here.
