The last “change” was so tiny, you couldn’t see the difference in the data points on your screen. It’s less significant than they told you.You need to do that soon as it appears that the data keeps changing.
Nope. But methodology does.Interestingly it seems that temperature in the future changes the estimates of what the temperature was in the past.
Given the rather large change over the last five years, and the fact that the rate is accelerating, suggests that it won’t be close. I think the one-year mileposts will be interesting.I don’t know how large these changes are but, since we’re talking about a change over a mere five years, even small changes will be significant to our bet.

There is a trend here, in that the warming has been consistently underestimated in older models. That’s not much comfort for deniers, though.The surprising thing is that yet another prediction has been shown to be unreliable.
