Scientology?

I actually feel sorry for most in Scientology. Much is hidden, even the teachings. You have to reach a certain level, which each level comes a more advanced teaching. Most go in knowing nothing about their deeper teachings, it’s roots, or Hubbard’s dark past. I have said it before, he was much more than a sci fi writer.

I personally don’t like prying into other religions (people do the same to Catholicism and take stuff out of context), but what you wrote was fascinating. I can’t help but wonder what they feel they need to hide.

I also wonder, has anyone gotten to that level, rejected it, then spilled those secrets? Scientology seems to have a serious bite-back policy, and since cults are infamous killers, I wonder if they ended up killing anyone for that.
