Scottish cathedral restoration hangs in balance

That is really unfortunate. The Pope is due to arrive in Glasgow in mid-September, and will hold an open air mass in Bellahouston Park. Still, it would be good if the restorations at St. Andrew’s Cathedral were complete, in case the Pope chose to visit and for the thousands of Catholics who will converge on Glasgow.
