Scripture actually hints strongly at animals existing beyond their deaths, either in Heaven, or at the very least a part of the new Earth someday.
EDIT: I can’t find it, but there is a psalm somewhere that says that God “saves” both “beast and man,” or something to that effect.

Animals dont have a soul like humans but I believe God could very well let us have our pets in heaven.
