That does not make them fictional, and that gives not indication whatsoever that they were presented as factual in the FISA court. Moreover, as time goes on since that statement of Comey, we are finding evidence coming out that support the truth of some of the material in the dossier that had been claimed as untrue or debunked - most recently Cohen’s trip to Prague.
