I’ve been away from the forum for a while but my thoughts and prayers have continued to be with you. I’m sorry to hear that the cancer has returned, but as always I am amazed and enlightened by your response to God’s call to you. May He continued to hear the prayers of everyone who is supporting you and heal you.

Friends, this is a much better Tuesday than the last. I was given an injection to control the nausea, and was advised that one of my prescriptions was also good to use in conjunction with it. It is still not perfect, but much better. Your continuing prayers keep me hungry, which is good. However (ahem!), I am now within three pounds of the heaviest I have ever been. So, I may actually have to watch how much I eat! Your prayers are always a blessing. May our Risen Lord bless each of you. Amen!

Good to hear that you are in good spirits and recuperaing health.

Walking beyond prayer is not easy, but can be done. Jesus spent hours in prayer before calvary and valiantly stepped into the path of calvary. At the cross pain, misery and all her twisted company showed up bringing Jesus to the point of “Father why have you forsaken me”. But glorious victory was just around the corner. Jesus rose above it all and walks with us today, to help us do the same!!! Victory is around the corner my friend and Jesus stands with you!!!

The Lord has blessed me with another day. And, while I search for something to eat that still tastes like it used to, I ask the Lord to bless all who pray for me. I have been sustained this past year by your prayers. Each prayer is treasure in Heaven for the one who prays. Amen!
