Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death. Amen

Oh, dear Jim, you and yours are always in my prayers. May our good God help you through this treatment, and may He work a wonderful cure for you. May He comfort you and give you His peace through all this. You are an inspiration to others. God bless and keep you, Jim.

Jim,

Your faith is such an inspiration. You have encouraged so many…more than you know.

Almighty and Eternal God,
You are the everlasting health of those who believe in You.
Hear us for Your servant Jim
for whom we implore the aid of Your tender mercy,
that being restored to bodily health,
he may give thanks to You in Your Church.
Through Christ our Lord.

You are in my prayers.

Hail Mary,

and blessed is the Fruit Of Thy Womb,

Jim, you and your family and the other people on here that also suffer, must be so loved by God that He wanted to unite with all of you during this Holy Week. The way you have given yourself over to His will and your determination and faith makes so many of us just look on in awe.

People like you, who comfort others when they themselves are in such devastating places, amaze us. Surely you must be Saints in the making. Truly, one day, you all shall hear these words: “Well done, good and faithful servants”.

We continue to keep you in our prayers, our daily Rosary and Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

When visiting the Blessed Sacrament, while at Adoration, during Holy Communion, just so many times, you and others here, pop into my thoughts during the day and I say a prayer for you then. I never forget any of you, your families, caregivers, all those whose lives you touch. May our dear Lord give you all His own strength to get through these sufferings in your lives.

Thank you, and thank all of you who unite your sufferings to His for the salvation of the world. The love of God shines through all of you to us. We Praise HIM, in His angels and in His Saints!!

Surely, He lives in you, the evidence is overwhelming.

Loving God,

We thank for your many blessings and especially for the gift of strong members of our faith community who set an excellent example of what it means to be Your humble servant. Please hear the persistent prayers of your people on behalf of our dear friend of Christ Jim who has endured much suffering and pain in his life. Please bless Jim, bless his wife Elsa, and send your comforting and consoling Holy Spirit to be with them. Please grant Jim the strength and courage to complete his medical treatments and grant his medical care givers wisdom and compassion. Please also let Jim know of Your special love for him as he carries his cross in union with our Lord.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever.

Amen.

May the Lord bless all who offer prayer on this Friday, which marks the greatest injustice ever done. Out of that same injustice, the Lord brought the greatest liberation of body and spirit to ever be known: The Eternal Sacrifice. May we suffer in spirit with Christ and His followers as we go through this day. Lord, grant that we feel even some of that emptiness - the sorrow of the disciples on the road to Emmaus. As we allow those distressing words of our Savior regarding His suffering and death take root in our hearts, may we now focus on the last part of His prophecy: His rising from the dead. As murky and unclear as that statement was to His disciples, allow it to shine with the clarity of the sun as we contemplate His Resurrection. Father, after we dwell for a short time in that spiritual emptiness, grant that we soon take heart in the physical emptiness of the tomb. The eternal hope of all mankind will soon be at hand. Father, mercifully grant that we live in joyful expectation of the greatest day in creation.

I pray that all on earth experience the true peace of our Lord Jesus Christ as we wait in hope. Amen!
