Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.

Brothers and sisters in Christ, I am receiving much needed humility from your prayers and posts. I feel terribly inadequate in that I have only used the gift I was given, and nothing more. I am no more worthy than a hired worker, who does only as expected. I pray that the Lord has much more for me to do. I thank Him for hearing your prayers, and I, in turn, pray for all of you. Your prayers are the only reason I am still here, and felling well. At certain times, I am made aware of your prayers for me. It is truly an uplifting experience, and usually arrives just when I need it. Praise God! You are all storing up treasure in heaven. Amen!

Loving God,

We continue to pray for the healing and recovery of our friend in accordance with your Holy and perfect will. Our friend in Christ, Jim, continues to be an excellent example of how your children trust in you and find joy in the midst of suffering and trials in their lives. Please continue to strengthen Jim, and bless his wife Elsa, as they continue the journey of faith and life you have prepared for them. Please help our friend to find the continued ability to share his positive nature and gifts from You with others.

The nurse who assists in the administration of the clinical trial of the drug I am taking told me yesterday that I am in complete remission. This, while being very good news indeed, remains only this week’s news. However, there is a woman who is in the same trial, and has had the same result. So, there are bound to be blessings in all of this for those down the line, especially for those with untreatable skin cancer. There are fairly strong signs that this drug may also have an affect against melanoma, which would be a genuine breakthrough. For the Lord’s mercy, I am thankful. For your prayers, I cannot offer sufficient thanks. All of you truly represent Christ’s body on earth. And, Saint Jude, I know that you have been praying for me incessantly during all of this. Through the mercy of our Lord, may I congratulate you in person as we celebrate on that glorious day! Amen! Alleluia!
