Our strength in adversity,
our health in weakness,
our comfort in sorrow.
Be merciful to your people.
As you have given us the punishment we deserve,
give us also new life and hope as we rest in your kindness.

Loving God,

We lift up our prayers and intentions for the health of our friend odhiambo, and we ask for your blessings and mercy, especially on her eyesight. Lord, we know you love our friend and your care for her, please hear the prayers and feel the love of your servants and grant our friend continued strength and health, in accordance with your Holy and perfect will. Please also give our friend continued strong faith, courage, and peace in this time of concern about her eyesight.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, the Good Shepherd of your people.
