Second Request for prayers to preserve vision.

Loving God,

We lift up our prayers and intentions for the health of our friend odhiambo, and we ask for your blessings and mercy, especially on her eyesight. Lord, we know you love our friend and your care for her, please hear the prayers and feel the love of your servants and grant our friend continued strength and health, in accordance with your Holy and perfect will. Please also give our friend continued strong faith, courage, and peace in this time of concern about her eyesight.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, the Good Shepherd of your people.

O God, our Creator and Redeemer, mercifully hear our prayers, as were venerate Your servant St. Lucy, for the light of faith You bestowed upon her, increase and preserve this same light also in our souls, so that we may be able to avoid evil, do good, and abhor nothing so much as the blindness and the darkness of evil and sin.

Relying on your goodness, O God, we humbly ask You by the intercession of your servant, St. Lucy, to give perfect vision to the eyes of Sr. Odhiambo, that they may serve for Your greater honor and glory, for her salvation and that of others, and that she may come to the enjoyment of the unfailing light of the Lamb of God in paradise.

St. Lucy, virgin and martyr, hear our prayers and obtain our petitions.
